Ladies Onitsuka Tiger

The ultimate retro footwear brand, Onitsuka Tiger is Japan's oldest footwear designer, having been on the market since 1949. Created originally as an athletics trainer, they specialised in footwear that gave athletes not only great comfort but also the grip they needed to perform at the highest level. Due to their presence on the international athletics scene they were soon picked up by distributors worldwide including in the USA by the people who went on to launch Nike. Now part of the Asics empire, Ladies Onitsuka Tiger Trainers are the centrepiece of their fashion collection with their profile being hugely increased by Uma Thurman wearing them in the film Kill Bill.
