UK orders are sent by DPD or Royal Mail

Postage and Packing Charges
No matter how many items you buy on one order, there is a single flat rate P&P charge;
a) UK: Next Day Delivery £4.95 (£7.95 for Saturday Delivery, where available)
b) Europe: Air mail £10.00
c) Other: Air mail £14.00

Order Despatch
If your order is placed and approved before 4pm on a weekday, we aim to send it out that day, although this is not always possible during busy periods. Orders received after 4pm will be sent out the following working day.

Orders to most of the UK mainland are sent by DPD. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - please see below for applicable postcodes. In most cases, you should receive your trainers on the next working day, except where you've opted for Saturday delivery.

Approval
All deliveries are subject to authorisation of your payment. If the details provided with your order do not exactly match the details held by your bank the order will not be approved.
We will not be able to despatch your order until we have made contact with you and obtained the correct details.

Signature on Receipt
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. If you are not in to receive and sign for the goods, you will be left a card telling how to contact the carrier to collect or re-arrange delivery. See our FAQs for further information.

Delivery to an Alternate Address
Providing that the payment is made with a card that is subscribed to and which passes the 3D Secure authentication system, an alternative delivery address (i.e. other than the card address) can be used for delivery.
