All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery.
Postage and Packing Charges
No matter how many items you buy on one order, there is a single flat rate P&P charge;
a) UK: Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery £4.95
b) Europe: Air mail £10.00
c) Other: Air mail £14.00

If your order is placed and approved before 4pm on a weekday, we aim to send it out that day, although this is not always possible during busy periods. Orders received after 4pm will be sent out the following day. The Royal Mail state they aim to deliver First Class items the next working day (including Saturday) but it can take up to 5 working days.
Approval
All deliveries are subject to authorisation of your payment. If the details provided with your order do not exactly match the details held by your bank the order will not be approved.
We will not be able to despatch your order until we have made contact with you and obtained the correct details.
Signature on Receipt
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. If you are not in to receive and sign for the goods Royal Mail will leave a card telling how to contact your local sorting office to collect or re-arrange delivery.
Delivery to Cardholders Address Only - 1st Order
Your 1st order can only be delivered to the address to which the credit/debit card you are using to pay for the goods is registered to (that is the address shown on the credit/debit card statement).
Delivery to Alternative Address
30 days after the first successful order delivered to the customer's registered cardholders address, UK customers with a Trainerstation account will have their account upgraded to allow them to select an alternative delivery address within the UK on subsequent order(s). This upgrade is at our sole discretion.
